Pursuant to Art. 13 of the EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) The Società Cooperativa Dilettantistica Circolo Vela Gargnano hereby makes known to those (“users” or “interested parties”) who access the institutional website from the address https://centomiglia.it and who use the services available electronically on the institutional website, the following information. This information is rendered exclusively in relation to the Cooperative Society’s website and not also in relation to other websites that may be consulted by the user through links reported or accessible in the same portal.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

Personal data acquired through the site will be processed by the Association, without the consent of the data subject, pursuant to Art. 6 lett. b) and e) of the GDPR, to manage and maintain the site, to enable the use of services and the fulfillment of users’ requests, to enable effective institutional communication, to fulfill obligations required by law, regulation, EU legislation or an order of the Authority or otherwise related to institutional activities and functions, or finally to prevent or discover fraudulent activities or abuse to the detriment of the Cooperative Society through the site.

Sending e-mails to the institutional addresses indicated in the portal and filling in formats entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the e-mail or format. In this case, the acquired data will be processed exclusively to respond to user requests. Specific information or indications on the reference legislation/legal basis may be included, in relation to the particular data processing, on specific pages of the site, in formats or document templates published on the site.

Place and manner of processing

The processing of data acquired through the site and/or related to the services of the site takes place at the Offices of the Cooperative Society and possibly at other subjects or computer systems/servers of other subjects specifically designated as (external) Data Processors. The data processing is carried out both on paper and through the use of computer tools, according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance and not excessive in relation to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing and after adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use, unauthorized access and in general aimed at ensuring compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and Legislative Decree. n. 193/2006 and ss.mm. The data are processed exclusively by personnel, administrative and technical, authorized to the processing or any persons authorized for occasional maintenance operations. The site and online services are not intended for minors under 18 years of age. Data relating to minors may be transmitted to the Association through access to the site and services only by individuals exercising parental responsibility.

Obligation or option to give data

The user is free to provide the personal data entered in the request formats. Failure to provide the data necessary to render the service may result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested.

Retention period

Pursuant to Art. 5 GDPR, the data will be processed and stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes proper to the service and processing and/or in compliance with the terms provided by law or regulation.

Communication and dissemination of data. The data provided by the Users are not intended for third parties and will not be subject to communication or dissemination, unless otherwise provided by law or regulation (in particular, the data may be communicated to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities as well as to all other subjects to whom the communication is required by law for the fulfillment of the above purposes.

Transfer of data abroad

Data are not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

Rights of the data subject

The user / data subject is guaranteed all the rights specified in Art. 15 – 20 GDPR, including the right to access, rectification and deletion of data, the right to restriction and opposition to processing, the right to withdraw consent to processing (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the revocation), as well as the to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if it is believed that the processing violates the Regulations.

The above rights may be exercised by written notice to be sent by e-mail, p.e.c. or fax, or by registered mail at the Cooperative Society’s registered office.

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) appointed by the Cooperative Society is Andrea Francesca Dall’Ora, to whom any data subject may write, in relation to the data processing carried out by the Cooperative Society and/or in relation to his/her rights, at info@circolovelagargnano.it.

Access to external linked sites

The portal contains links to third-party sites for additional user convenience and information. When the user uses these links he/she leaves the Cooperative Society’s institutional site by accessing a different site, over which the Cooperative Society has no control and in regard to which it has no responsibility whatsoever for data processing. It is therefore advisable to examine the policy of each site that is visited.

Use of cookies

Cookies are text files that each Web site sends to those who access the site and are transmitted back from the user’s computer to the site on the next visit.

Technical cookies

The Cooperative Society website uses technical cookies to enable the safe, fast and efficient exploration of the site itself and to provide users with requested services. Users’ prior consent is not required for the installation of such cookies.

Technical session cookies

The Cooperative Society website uses session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and vanish when the browser is closed), limited to the transmission of session identifiers necessary to enable safe and efficient exploration by the user. The session cookies used avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personally identified user data, and therefore do not require the acquisition of user consent.

Analytical cookies

Third-party cookies

The companies that send content to the portal of the Cooperative Society and those that can be reached through links from the pages of the portal (e.g. You tube, Facebook, etc.) may, at their option, use “cookies” including persistent ones on users’ computers, aimed at storing the user’s browsing data, starting from the moment in which the user clicks on the relevant link. In this case, the use of “cookies” is beyond the control of the Cooperative Society. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but it is also possible to reject them completely, or selectively accept only some of them, by changing the security settings of the browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari Opera, etc.).
